Snow Reporter's Comments
Thanks Ma Nature for all the fresh snow this week! Today we will have almost all of the Ammonoosuc Trail system open & groomed for skate skiing, and an increasing # of trails prepared with classic tracks. Mountain Road, plus Boulder Spring and Water Bucket are now open allowing for lift-served downhill nordic skiing. Caution is needed on ALL downhill trails throughout the Nordic Center and extra caution is advised when coming down Mountain Rd, Water Bucket and Boulder Spring.
Bundle up and enjoy some SWEET Valentine skiing this weekend. Saturday night's Moonlight Ramble will include marshmallow toasting, and on Sunday, participate in Destination S'more Station - two fire pits for making your own s'mores. Nordic Marathon (to benefit the New England Ski Museum) on Saturday, 3/5 and the 42nd Annual Mount Washington Cup Nordic Race on Sunday, 3/6. For details, please contact the Nordic Center at (603) 278-3322.
Nordic Grille which is open daily from 9am-4pm.
