Cancellation Policies

  • The Bretton Woods Ski Area does not sell tickets through any unapproved third-party vendors. Any ticket purchased from anyone other than Bretton Woods Ski Area, Omni Hotels and Resorts, and approved third-party vendors will not be honored.

    Guests may be required to show the credit card used for the purchase, along with matching identification, when purchasing or redeeming their ticket. Bretton Woods Ski Area reserves the right to alter pricing, change, or cancel programs without notice.

  • All reservations are charged in full at the time of the reservation. Changes or cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival date are fully refundable. Changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival date are non-refundable and non-changeable. Please pay careful attention to local weather forecasts for any outdoor activities if you feel that you do not want to participate in certain weather conditions. If you are late or do not show up for your activity, no refunds will be allowed. If your activity is cancelled by Bretton Woods due to weather or other unforeseeable conditions, you will receive a full refund or have the opportunity to reschedule. Participants must meet age requirements and be capable of any physical demands booked activities may require.

  • All reservations are charged in full at the time of booking. The Canopy Tour runs in all types of weather and will only be cancelled due to lightning, high winds, or icing. Please pay careful attention to local weather forecasts if you feel that you do not want to zip in the rain. If you choose to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled tour time due to the weather, you will be charged the full amount. If your activity is cancelled by Bretton Woods due to weather or other unforeseeable conditions, you will receive a full refund or have an opportunity to reschedule. Changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival date are non-refundable and non-changeable. You will not be given a refund or a gift certificate if you are late or do not show up for your activity.

  • You can request a refund or rollover credit of your 2026/27 season pass right up until the day we open for the 2026/27 ski season. You can receive a full rollover in the amount you paid that will go towards a 2027/28 season pass, or you can request a refund, minus a $100 per pass processing fee. All season pass benefits are forfeited if you receive a refund or rollover.

    THE FINE PRINT

    • Weather interruptions – Bretton Woods does not issue credits or refunds due to weather interruptions.
    • Credits for 2026/27 season passes may only be used for a pass issued to the 2026/27 pass holder. No additional credits if pass type chosen is a lower value than rollover.
    • No compensation or credit is given based on pass usage.
    • In the event of a season ending injury, or life altering event that prevents you from skiing, please contact our Season Pass Office for credit consideration.
    • All requests must be made prior to March 15, 2027. No credit consideration will be given after March 15th.

  • All rentals should be made at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival for best available price. Renters under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A signed waiver is required, along with acceptance or decline of an optional damage waiver (covers damage, but not theft). If you’re renting for children, please have their accurate height, weight, and age ready before beginning your reservation.

  • Registration is charged in full at the time of the program purchase. Changes or cancellations for seasonal program are available up to 1 week prior to start of the program. Changes after the start of the program is subject to additional fees and at the discretion of the program/race director.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of reservation. Cancellations or changes made at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival are fully refundable. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

    Please review local weather forecasts before booking outdoor activities if certain conditions may affect your participation. Refunds are not provided for late arrivals, no-shows, or guest decisions not to participate. If Bretton Woods cancels an activity due to weather or unforeseen conditions, you will receive a full refund or may reschedule. Advance notice of cancellations may not be necessary given the unpredictable nature of New Hampshire weather.
