* Spa Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment, please provide us with at least eight hours notice in order to avoid being charged a cancellation fee for each scheduled appointment. "No-Shows" will receive full charge to your room or credit card for the reserved services. We request 24-hour notice for cancellation of any spa package or appointments for parties of three or more to avoid being charged in full.
* Canopy Tour Cancellation Policy:

All reservations are charged in full at the time of booking. Cancellation of your reservation less than 48 hours prior to the day of your tour will result in a forfeit of the full amount of the reservation.
If your tour is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseeable conditions, we will make every attempt to contact you ahead of time. If we call you within 24 hours you will receive a full refund or have the opportunity to reschedule. However, this 24 hour notice may not always be possible due to the unpredictable nature of the weather in New Hampshire. If we cancel your tour within the 24 hour period we will reschedule you for a later date.
You are required to arrive promptly at your scheduled start time. You will not be given a refund or a gift certificate if you are late for your tour, and you will not be able to join the tour if you are late. The tour will leave at the scheduled time whether the whole group is there or not.
