The Lodge is ideally situated to take advantage of five ski areas just minutes away. Bretton Woods, New Hampshire's largest ski area, offers a friendly atmosphere, superior snow and four high-speed quads, while Nordic fans can ski 100 km of some of NH's best cross-country trails at the Bretton Woods Nordic Center. Your whole family will find plenty to do, and there's even the Kids' Club with activities that range from cooking with the chef, to trips, to snowshoe nature walks. And when you're ready to go out, you can use the convenient Resort shuttle to get around.
Each room at this conveniently-located motel has a private balcony or patio overlooking the Presidential Mountain Range and The Mount Washington Hotel. Our indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi and sauna offer a soothing retreat. The Lodge's Hearthside Lounge is welcoming and cozy, perfect for a meeting or reception. A perfect rental option for families and groups, our fully-furnished townhomes and condominiums range from two to five bedrooms and offer spacious dining areas, full kitchens, fireplaces and outdoor decks. Plus, all condos in Bretton Woods are just a shuttle ride away from the center of the Resort.
Our 70+ fully-furnished condo units are located just a short walk from The Mount Washington Hotel, Bretton Woods' skiing, snowboarding and Nordic facilities and the beautiful Mount Washington and Mount Pleasant golf courses. These rental condos all offer fireplaces, outdoor decks, full kitchens, spacious living/dining areas and all the comforts of home, and in many cases, beautiful views of New Hampshire's White Mountain Presidential Range.
All guests of The Townhomes* have access to all Resort amenities including the Rosebrook Recreation Center, which offers an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, racquetball courts, exercise and weight rooms. While everything is close by, and some are ski-in/ski-out condos, there is still a resort shuttle for your convenience, as well as 24-hour check-in and maintenance benefits.

Mount Washington Resort amenities and services are only available to guests who secure their reservations at The Townhomes through Mount Washington Resort's central reservations. These amenities offered by the Resort - including the indoor/outdoor pools and Fitness Center at The Mount Washington Hotel - will not be available to those who rent Bretton Woods properties through any other rental program. However, the Rosebrook Recreation Center (including the indoor pool and fitness facilities) and the resort's complimentary shuttle service are available to all guests at lodging properties here in Bretton Woods.
