The Alpine Ticket Manager will be responsible for the supervision of day-to-day operations for all aspects of our Ticket Office Services, including ticket sales, season pass sales and service, ticket checking, and other visitor services including season locker rentals. If you have excellent computer skills, exceptional communications skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment we want to talk to you!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Hiring, training and scheduling ticket/pass office and ticket sales associates.
- Training other Resort outlets in ticket/season pass sales and administration.
- Administration and generation of the Junior Season Pass Program.
- Assisting guests in resolving queries regarding all aspects of ticket/season pass sales.
