This is a demanding job with long nights on the mountain, often in adverse weather conditions. However, at the end of the day your reward will be the smiles on our guests faces and the high-fives from fellow mountain employees for a job well done! Are you up for the challenge?

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Receive direction from crew leader regarding when to start making snow

  • Responsible for the ensuring excellent snow quality and efficient output.

  • Monitor snow guns through hourly checks on conditions.

  • Work with other trail crew-members to improve drainage and erosion issues on the trails.

  • Receive direction from Snowmaking Supervisor regarding pre-season work needs including hydrant and pipe maintenance, hose inspection and maintenance and equipment inventory.

  • Assist in setting up trails to begin snowmaking season.
